Carol is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington (#LH60338731). She earned her Masters of Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School and her Sociology undergraduate degree, with a concentration in family studies, from Wheaton College (Illinois).

Carol utilizes a diverse range of theoretical approaches including Attachment Theory, Bowen Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Relational Therapy, Lifespan Integration and Client-Centered Therapy. Overall, Carol works from the perspective that each individual has the wisdom within themselves to create fulfillment in life.

Carol ran a successful private practice in Bothell and Seattle, while also doing contract work for a local eating disorder clinic. She believes that people are often doing their best to seek out wholeness, goodness and relational harmony in their lives. At times external circumstances, past experiences and numerous other factors interfere with one’s life and thus, life falls short of dreams and expectations. Carol has successfully supported women, men, couples and families move past these barriers to experience healing and deeper freedom in living out their true selves in community.
