Carolyn Peterson, LMHC
Carolyn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#LH60542583) in the state of Washington. She earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University in 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Whitworth University. Since graduating with her masters, Carolyn’s work has focused on treating individual adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, trauma, and anxiety. Carolyn also has experience working in crisis management, working to improve relationships between parents and teens, and collaborating with schools to support student health in the areas of food, body, and movement. Carolyn’s counseling approach is both depth oriented and practical, stemming from her belief that healthy living requires a deep understanding of ourselves and our relationships, as well as everyday, practical tools.
