Primary Therapist + Yoga Therapist
Jenny Wade (#LH60528121) received her masters in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Psychology and Theology in 2013. From the beginning of her graduate school work, Jenny has focused her studies on the intersection of body and mind. As a yoga teacher, she knew innately that there is a deep connection between what we experience emotionally and how our physical body responds. Her style of therapy is focused on helping the individuals she works with to develop a deep trust in their body and inner voice, in order to help them be more engaged and connected to their lives. Through this lens she helps her clients explore body image, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, and relational difficulties.
When Jenny is not working, she can be found cooking and sharing delicious meals, appreciating good stories both written and spoken, and practicing yoga.
