Kelly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of Washington (#DI60819466) specializing in sports nutrition and eating disorders. She attended the University of Washington to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health followed by a Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences. She completed a CDR-accredited dietetic internship at the University of Washington, and during this time gained valuable experience working with collegiate athletes as the UW Sports Nutrition Department’s graduate student intern. Kelly is passionate about helping athletes to fuel for optimal performance and build positive relationships with food and body.
Kelly provides evidence-based nutrition education and counseling using a non-diet and Health at Every Size® approach. She is a current member of the Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition practice group through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, checking out new Seattle restaurants, catching up on her favorite TV shows and new movies, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Kelly has professional interest and advanced training in: Attuned/ intuitive eating. diet recovery/ chronic dieting, Health at Every Size, sport and exercise/ athletes, sport/ performance nutrition.
