Kelsey Johnson, LMHC

Kelsey is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington #LH60519034. She completed her Master of Arts in Counseling-Psychology at The Seattle School and her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kelsey has experience providing both individual and group psychotherapy in a community mental health setting. She has worked with a variety of emotional, relational, and behavioral issues including grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and body image. Kelsey co-lead a women’s group focused on improving interpersonal relationships, developing a sense of agency, and supporting one another. She started her work in eating disorders as a milieu therapist at Opal and a residential treatment center. Kelsey is passionate about empowering others to trust their own internal wisdom and to use that wisdom to create more fulfilled lives.
