Amanda (she/her) is a proud advocate for healing and recovery across dimensions and definitions. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University Seattle and strives to contribute to a supportive community of growth and positive change. Amanda is particularly interested in exploring how individual life experiences and imposed social values influence various aspects of wellness and being, and discovering the ways in which an individual can unlearn and learn, build resilience, and strengthen a sense of self and autonomy. She believes that every person has the right to happiness and health, and understands that these look different for everyone.
