Erika is a Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor in Washington State (#CG61416085). She is currently studying at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology where she will earn her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. At the age of three Erika skied for the first time and it ignited her inner adventurer. Since then, she’s traveled on a long and winding road which led to a history degree
from the University of Washington, becoming a mother, teaching a variety of subjects at a tiny co-operative school, getting a certificate in Memoire Writing, becoming a fitness coach, and finally to grad school!
While Erika wishes everyday could be spent carefree in the wild, she has learned that being human is challenging and that challenges are what make life meaningful. She thoroughly enjoys talking long walks, and hashing out the detail of life with friends.
Her professional interests include Attachment, Intuitive Eating, Radical Acceptance, Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and sports and exercise.
