Kiersten has primarily worked in the Social Services field but has always been drawn to a more therapeutic side of things. She has her bachelors in psychology with a minor in sociology and is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Registered Counselor Agency Affiliate in the State of Washington (#CG61180433). She believes that the experience of healing the relationship between self and body can be really beautiful and she wants to be a part of that work.
Part of what drives her to do this work is her love for people and her desire to see them overcome the toxic messages from society around food and body. This is something she has a lot of passion for and is beyond thrilled to be able to be a part of this work.
